GHOST WORLD
(R, 111 min, 2001)
While their classmates head for college, Enid (Thora Birch) and Rebecca (Scarlett Johansson) focus their energies on tormenting those around them; from a goofy convenience store clerk (Brad Renfro) to an eccentric art teacher (Illeana Douglas). But when they zero in on an oddball loner (Steve Buscemi) looking for Miss Right, their seemingly innocent meddling threatens to shatter one of their hearts not to mention their lifelong friendship.

GODZILLA VS. DESTOROYAH
(NR, 103 min, 1995)
Everybody’s favorite Tokyo-trashing mutant lizard strikes again. While the nuclear reactor in Godzilla’s bowels slides perilously towards meltdown, giving him an unhealthy glow, a nefarious creature from the deep called the Oxygen Destroyer suddenly awakens from a 2.5 billion-year slumber. Soon the two are grappling in Tokyo Bay, taking out much of the gleaming new seaside development in the process. Meanwhile, Japanese Self Defense Force unveils a massive flying tank featuring a top-secret freeze-ray designed to rub out the city-stomping mutants.

HEAVY METAL
(R, 86 min, 1981)
Hollywood’s animation masters create this otherworldly tale of a glowing green orb from outer space that spreads destruction throughout the galaxy. Includes a pounding soundtrack by Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, Cheap Trick, Devo, Donald Fagen, Don Felder, Grand Funk Railroad, Sammy Hagar, Journey, Nazareth, and Stevie Nicks. Highly imaginative and full of surprising special effects, Heavy Metal set the standard for alternative contemporary animation.

MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE
(PG, 106 min, 1987)
Only the universe could hold an adventure this big! Planet Eternia is under threat from the evil Skeletor (Frank Langella), who wants to take over the planet. A group of freedom fighters led by the heroic He-Man (Dolph Lundgren) are accidentally transported to Earth by a mysterious cosmic key which holds the power to make Skeletor all-powerful. Once on Earth, He-Man joins forces with two teenagers (including Courtney Cox) as they attempt to find the key and return home!

THE PHANTOM
(PG, 100 min, 1996)
The story begins as an expedition lands on the island of Bengalla, seeking the legendary skulls of Touganda. Believed to harness an energy force of immeasurable power, the skulls could spell disaster for mankind. And that’s exactly what ruthless tycoon XanderDrax has in mind unless one man can stop him. Now evil has met its match and adventure has a new name…The Phantom! Starring Billy Zane, Treat Williams, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Kristy Swanson.

REMO WILLIAMS: THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
