Completing this application does NOT ensure you will receive a NC Comicon weekend pass. You application will need to be reviewed and if approved you will be contacted via the email provided. *

If approved, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is limited solely to the role of a Content Creator/Media Affiliate for NC Comicon and its related events. This role is distinct from that of a guest artist, cosplay guest, or other invited convention guest and does not include associated duties, or accommodations. *

If approved, you understand that you will receive ONE (1) free weekend pass to NC Comicon, and are allotted ONE (1) discounted additional pass for video/assistance/handlers. All other additional passes and costs must be purchased as normal and are the responsibility of the creator. *

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Hold Harmless: By agreeing to be a content creator at NCC, applicant agrees to protect, keep and save NC Comicon and related events, the venues, and any of their agents forever harmless from any damages, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, terrorism or expense that arises from their participation at this show. NC Comicon reserves the right to ask individuals to leave any events or dismiss individuals from all affiliation at anytime, for any reason. By submitting your application below, you are indicating your approval of all information contained.
Terms and Conditions: I will agree to create content that aligns with the morals of NC Comicon, remaining family friendly, accepting, and community focused. I will agree to tag or collaborate on all posts related to NC Comicon and other related events. I will agree to request approval of my content before posting on any social media platforms. I understand that NC Comicon reserves the right to request changes on my content before posting.
Payment Policy: NO Refunds on tickets to NC Comicon, including secondary discounted creator tickets.
Application Review: No Applications are approved until reviewed by NC Comicon. NC Comicon reserves the right to reject any application at anytime, for any reason. If your application is approved, we will reach out to you via email provided.
